Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Job Description
We’re looking for highly experienced IT/SRE professionals in the Bay Area. The SRE builds and runs developer and production systems, enabling internal teams, partners, and customers to be productive while minimizing downtime.
Â
Experience with hardware, automation, production environments, and large-scale systems is required. The SRE will be required to come into the office and nearby colocation facilities to maintain hardware.
The SRE is comfortable working under pressure and in situations where rapid fixes to maintain uptime are needed.
Responsibilities
• Design, write, and deliver systems that maintain uptime and reliability
• Install, maintain, and upgrade hardware
• Monitor developer and production infrastructure
Essential Skills
• Deep understanding of server hardware and experience in datacenters
• Experience with VMware vSphere and vCloud
• Experience with Python, bash scripting
• Experience with containerization (Docker, containerd) and Orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana
• Familiarity with C/C++, Rust, Go, and/or Julia

Project Manager (PM)
Job Description
We’re looking for highly experienced project managers in the United States. The PM plans and oversees sprints, balancing long-term product goals with short-term velocity. Experience with managing large, complex projects is required. Experience with hardware projects/products is highly desired. The PM will be required to come into the office and travel occassionally to other locations. The PM is comfortable working under pressure and closely with both highly technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain processes for measuring and managing scope during the project lifecycle
• Set quality and performance standards
• Report outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project velocity and efficiency
Essential Skills
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally overseeing complex projects with at least 10 team members
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience coordinating complex product development across teams
• Experience communicating closely with engineers, executives, and other stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills

Digital Design Engineer
Job Description
We’re looking for highly experienced Digital Design Engineers in the United States. The DDE is responsible for developing and verifying silicon IP. The DDE should have hands-on experience taking leading-edge digital silicon IP from idea to bring-up, working with DV and PD teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and verify digital silicon IP using an existing C or Python model
• Create and maintain specifications, block diagrams, and detailed documentation/user guides
• Characterize the performance of digital silicon IP using industry standard tools and flows, including FPGA simulation and emulation
Essential Skills
• 10+ years of digital design experience
• Expertise in SystemVerilog (VHDL will do, but be prepared to learn SystemVerilog)
• Experience developing digital silicon IP blocks, and integrating them in an SoC
• Experience with leading edge nodes below 12nm, preferably below 7nm
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Bachelors/masters degree in Electrical Engineering
• Startup experience

Physical Design Engineer
Job Description
We’re looking for highly experienced Physical Design Engineers in the United States. The PDE is responsible for performing netlist to GDS physical design steps. The PDE should have hands-on experience taking leading-edge digital silicon IP from idea to bring-up, working with DV and verification teams.
Responsibilities
• Drive the physical design of complex ASICs on leading edge nodes, improving design methodologies and collaborating with other teams
• Perform complete netlist to GDS physical design steps (floor planning, timing closure, IR/EM analysis, formal verification, layout verification)
• Participate in co-design with R&D, frontend, and verification teams
Essential Skills
• 10+ years of physical design experience with industry-standard tools, languages, and methodologies (Synopsys, Cadence flows)
• Expertise in logic synthesis, P&R, timing closure, STA
• Experience with leading edge nodes below 12nm, preferably below 7nm
• Experience with high speed memory technologies (GDDR, DDR, LPDDR, HBM), high speed interfaces (UCIe, SerDes), and packaging technologies
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Senior Software Engineer
Job Description
We’re looking for highly experienced Senior Software Engineers in the United States.
Production experience with device drivers, graphics/compute APIs, debugging tools, and user-level applications is highly desired.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex codebases with many internal and external dependencies
• Work with hardware teams to develop and test software pre- and post-silicon
• Coordinate bug fixes that impact various layers of core production software
Essential Skills
• 10+ years industry experience developing and deploying high performance production software
• Expertise in C, C++, Python, CMake, Gitflow, Bash
• Experience developing software with many internal/external dependencies and runtime targets
• Comfort creating and maintaining complex technical documentation including block diagrams, API docs, and user guides
• Experience automating the build and deployment of complex software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

R&D Engineer
Job Description
We’re looking for highly skilled R&D Engineers with expertise in algorithms, mathematical modeling, and scientific computing. The R&D Engineer will perform in-depth research on high-performance computing algorithms, evaluate competitive approaches, and help translate complex mathematical concepts into computationally efficient models.

This role requires close collaboration with hardware architects and leadership to define proof-of-concept features, provide benchmarking insights, and guide system requirements with a focus on performance. The ideal candidate has an advanced academic background in physics, mathematics, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in algorithms, modeling of physical phenomena, and programming for scientific computing.
Responsibilities
• Perform in-depth research and analysis on preexisting HPC algorithms.
• Translate advanced mathematical concepts (e.g. calculus) into discrete, computationally friendly models.
• Conduct competitive analysis (tools, algorithms, performance benchmarks) and report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with the Hardware Architect to define PoC features and systems requirements.
• Provide performance estimations and benchmarking data throughout the project.
Essential Skills
• Education/Experience: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong focus on algorithms and scientific computing.
• Algorithm & Math Expertise: Proficient in advanced calculus, discrete mathematics, and modeling of physical phenomena.
• Programming: Familiarity with Python/Julia (highly preferred)
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate research findings to both technical and non-technical leadership.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Exposure to hardware acceleration, HPC, or GPU/FPGA technologies is beneficial.
